Pioneer Candle Making!

Happy 5th of July!
I hope everyone had a safe and fun Independence Day!

I saw this opportunity come up and thought I'd pass it along. On July 10th, from 1:00-3:00 at Graham Oaks Nature Park in Wilsonville, you can make handmade candles just like pioneers (or colonists!) This is an activity that we do during our Colonial Week, too! Registration is required to ensure a spot, but the activity is FREE.

Speaking of Free; Portland Parks has a wonderful program called Summer Free For AllThe wildly popular series of free movies and concerts in Portland parks, free lunches, and playground programs continues, better than ever!
