Spring is in the Air!

The Battle of the Books may officially  be over,
but spring is the perfect time to spend afternoons outside with a good book!

Speaking of BoB,
third grade came in a very impressive 4th place (behind 6th, 7th, and 8th grades) with 299 points! I could not have been prouder of  our efforts! I think we successfully convinced the "big kids" that being younger didn't mean we couldn't compete!

 AR Progress
As of May 1st, students should be at 75% toward their goal. So far 13 students have met their goal and are working toward a second goal! Progress is recorded daily on the wall chart, as well as placed in the planner every other week. If you have questions about your child's goal or progress, please let me know!
